Brothers,
The Word walks among us. The Word lives. He came to restore us though the grace the Father had given Him. He wielded the power of this grace to re-establish us as God’s people. This grace freed us from our bonds and threw open the gates of Heaven so that you and I could once more have the privilege of standing in the presence of God.
The Word came to pour truth into our hearts. He came to give us understanding of who God really is. He came to break through the darkness and bring us into light. Through the truth of His words He caused us to come out of the shadows and stand in the light of God.
God poured grace and truth into our lives through His Word, The Word, Jesus.
Today let us remember that while The Word went to the cross, He rose again to be the living Word of God in our hearts.
May The Word be the light of life that guides you through the year ahead. May you feel the impact of The Word in the details of your days.
"The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from The Father, full of grace and truth."
